Physical therapy is healthcare - it's for addressing pain, injuries, pelvic floor dysfunction, or movement limitations.
Strength coaching is for those who want performance-based assessments (run analysis, strength/exercise testing) and/or structured training/programming. Not sure? Reach out and I can help you figure out what fits your needs best.
